DH and I loved this flavorful side dish! It was a great way to use up cherry tomatoes and zucchini from the garden. I also love kalamata olives and balsamic so I knew this would be a winner. All of the herbs I also picked fresh from the garden. I will definitely make this veggie dish again. Thanks!

This was delish! Clean, simple and very tasty. I made it with summer squash instead of zucchini and hubby agreed it was a great side dish.

I made the full 6 servings for dinner tonight along side microwave polenta and its all gone! I was looking for something that had fresh veggies that I could use from my garden and this was just the ticket. I halved some of the tomatoes and left a few whole. I might reduce the amount of kalamata's next time because a little goes a long way with them. Made for ZWT4.

The recipe was reduced to serve the 2 of us and it was agreed that the combination of flavors is wonderful. Made for *ZWT 4*

I omited the olive. I used regular tomatoes, didn't have enough cherry tomatoes. It was easy to do and tasty. Cheese would be a great addition. I thought about it but forget to try it. Thanks Galley Wench. Made for the Babes of ZWT4

I made this with my first zucchini harvest from my garden! I LOVED this recipe. I didn't use olives, but that's just because we aren't huge fans of them. I did add a touch of salt, and added oregano and parsley instead of rosemary but that's just me. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT 4.

Made this into dinner and it was just perfect! I used heirloom cherry tomatoes and omitted the kalamata olives as I used them all up in Greece! This one will be a repeat! Made for ZWT 4 by a Jefe de la Cocina!

This side dish is sooooo tasty!! Forgot to buy some fresh basil so used dried basil (but will make it next time with fresh!). Added lots of pepper. Can't wait to make this again! Thanks Galley Wench! :)
