Sauteed Spinach With Feta

ingredients

• 283.49 g Baby Spinach
• 3 slice bacon (Chopped)
• 1 purple onion (Diced)
• 170.09 g sliced mushrooms (fresh are good I sometimes use baby bellas)
• 2 garlic cloves (sliced thin)
• 29.58 ml feta (Tomato Basil is good)

directions

1. Brown bacon add onions sautee onions for about 2 minutes add mushrooms and garlic sautee about 2 minutes add in spinach and toss cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle tomato basil feta cheese on top and serve.
