      We loved this!! It was rich, but we served it with an Australian Grenache Shiraz and it was heavenly!!!

      Delicious....everyone loved this recipe..I did add a little white wine and chopped tomatoes as one person suggested..excellent and very simple to make. will make a regular at my table.

      Very good & super easy. I agree that half the butter is plenty; more is maybe a little too much for our taste. Otherwise perfect and couldn't be simpler.

      Awsome,simple and fast way to serve salmon. I used about a 1/2 cup of heaavy cream though - 3 tsp not near enough. I also added white wine when cooking the fish, and some dill and diced tomatoes to the cream sauce - MMMMM good!
