I really enjoyed this recipe. If your family are big potato eaters it may be worth doubling the batch - my toddler and I polished off the lot between us! I used dried thyme instead of fresh. The garlic and lemon juice are excellent touches. Thanks s'kat!

Pleasant enough and very easy to make. I was impressed by how much the lemon flavour attached to the potatoes. I won't make them again though as they came out just a bit too greasy for me even after I drained them on paper towels. Also, I used 4 small potatoes for 2 of us and it wasn't enough. Perhaps the definition of 'small' is a bit too vague?

Very good potatoes. My husband was late for dinner, so I put these in the oven at 350° for the last 15 minutes and they turned out nice and brown. I thought they would taste more garlicky with 6 cloves of garlic, but they were very mild tasting. All in all, a good recipe. Thanks.
