      Wonderful taste, was not sure what to expect, it was very good. Scaled the recipe for 8 oz regular white mushrooms as that was all I had. Will have these often, so glad you shared. RIP

      These indeedy are WONDERFUL! Such common ingredients but the results are anything BUT common. I think the lemon juice is what makes such a huge flavor inhancer. But it's probably the combination of the butter, lemon juice and vinegar. I used Balsamic vinegar. These were just absolutely devine. I had planned to take a picture -- but we dug in and they were gone before I remembered the camera!!

      These mushrooms where absolutely devine!!!! We all loved these! I had my 8 year old asking too try some after everyone was saying how great they were! I will make my mushrooms like this from now on! I was hesitant with the vinegar and lemon juice...but ooo so good. I also added I sliced onion and garlic powder as I love garlic and onions! This was great...thanks BLISS!
