This is good even without the wine. I skip the wine if I don't have it.
These mushrooms were great. Had guests for dinner and served them with steak, shrimp and baked potatoes. Doubled the recipe and cooked them longer than 30 minutes because of the timing of everything else, but otherwise made as written. Will definitely make them again!

I made these for dinner tonight using a mix of white mushrooms and portabella mushrooms. I didn't have any green onions so I added a little onion chopped fine and I used a white merlot that was open in the fridge. Even with all these little substitutions they were very good. DH and I both enjoyed them. If I were a steak eater, I bet they would be fantastic on top.
YUM! I made these to go with a steak for a birthday dinner - made as directed except I added a scoop of dijon mustard with the rest of the ingredients and a few peas at the end for color. I will make these often. Thank you for another great recipe ratherbeswimmin'!
Delicious! Did not have green onions on hand so I used diced Vidalia. I could tell it added some sweetness to the mushrooms that might not normally be there. Overall a winner. Will definitely make this again. Thank you!
