Sauteed portabella mushrooms in an italian dressing

So simple with great flavor. I used a Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing with Parmesan. Served with a tossed salad, this was an excellent light meal.

  1. Scrape out belly of mushroom and slice into strips.
  2. Sautee in pan with Italian dressing and Spices until tender.
