Sauteed portabella mushrooms in an italian dressing
- 2 lbs portabella mushrooms
- 16 ounces Italian dressing
- salt and pepper
- Scrape out belly of mushroom and slice into strips.
- Sautee in pan with Italian dressing and Spices until tender.
So simple with great flavor. I used a Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing with Parmesan. Served with a tossed salad, this was an excellent light meal.
This is the exact recipe I use only I grill my portabellos. I loe the flavor that the italian dressing gives them. I often grill squash at the same time with the same marinade.
