Adapted from a recipe by Michele Humes at Serious Eats.
- 1⁄2 head green cabbage, shredded very finely
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. When shimmering, add cabbage and sauté until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes. In the last minute of cooking, add sugar, sesame oil and salt to taste.
Super tasty and easy!!! I love the subtle sweetness with the sesame oil, it tasted great!!!!! Loved it, will make again!!
