This recipe was on an insert in a bag of potatoes...
- 2 -3 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1⁄4 cup water
- salt and pepper
- Melt butter and saute garlic in a skillet until tender.
- Cut potatoes into cubes and add to skillet.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Let potatoes cook slowly in a covered skillet and check occasionally.
- If potatoes become too dry, add water.
- Cook approximately 25 minutes.
