A delicious alternative to the standard commercial broccoli, this has a slightly peppery taste, complimenting a variety of entrees.

- 1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- 2Increase heat to medium-high and add broccoli rabe. Toss with tongs for 3-4 minutes, or until wilted.
- 3Add vinegar, season salt and pepper.
- 4Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve immediately.
