A simple, easy sidedish. Gotta love those crunchy sprouts!
- Heat oil.
- Add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Stir in salt and bean sprouts.
- Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, or until as done as you like.
- Serve immediately.
I love these! I serve them with pan fried potstickers, fried rice, spicy beef noodles, szechuan chicken...basically all kinds of asian dishes. I usually use a little less oil and add a couple tbsp of soy sauce
This was excellent, fast and easy. I used a bit less oil and added some soy sauce at the end. Green onions for color instead of regualr. I'll certainly make this again and again.
If you top it with a lil pasta sauce,it works as well as a substitute for pasta!
