My mother used to make this for Sunday breakfast when I was growing up.
- peel and core apples.
- heat small fry pan sprayed with pam.
- add apples.
- sprinkle cinnamon and splenda.
- cover and sautee apples until tender.
Very good. I did cheat a little - added a small spoon of Smart Balance to the pan. I will be making this again. Thanks.
