YUM! I love sauteed mushrooms, and you're right. This IS an even better way than just butter. I didn't have garlic paste, so I made my own using 3 cloves of garlic and some salt, and mushed it all together until it was a paste. Easy, yummy! After I tried some alone, I put these on a grilled chicken sandwich with mild Rotel tomatoes and pepper jack cheese. A delicious lunch, thanks.
