Sausage, Velveeta, and Pasta Skillet

Quick and easy. I adapted it from a Pillsbury recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 14 cups pasta (any shape)
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese (2- of the 4 ounce original flavor sauce packets)
  • 1 lb sausage


  1. 1) Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and cover.
  2. 2)While the pasta is boiling, cook the frozen vegetables according to the package directions. Drain.
  3. 3) Brown the sausage in a large skillet. Drain if necessary.
  4. 4) Add the cooked and drained pasta, the cooked and drained vegetables, and the 2 packets of Velveeta to the cooked sausage.
  5. 5) Simmer until the cheese is heated.
