Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

If you don't want this to be spicy at all, make sure you remove every last seed and all of the white membrane. If you accidentally leave a few, it will still only be mildly spicy. Make sure you wear gloves to handle the peppers, especially if you wear contacts.

  1. Cut each jalepeno in half, lengthwise. Remove all seeds and white membranes.
  2. Place a small amount of cream cheese inside each pepper, and top with a little smokey sausage.
  3. Wrap a piece of bacon around the pepper and sausage. Secure with toothpick.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is browned nicely. Serve warm.
