A yummy sausage and egg breakfast/brunch souffle
- 6 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 6 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 lb browned sausage
- 1 cup shredded colby cheese or 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix all ingredients in 9x13 pan.
- Allow mixture to set overnight.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
