I had some bulk sausage that I bought on sale, and while looking for a recipe to use it, I found this recipe. I really did not expect to love this as much as I did, because I am not really all that fond of sausage, but this was great. Even better was the fact that it was so quick and easy. Wish I had a new camera, because I would have loved to posted a picture of this. I used diced tomatoes because that is what I had on hand, and I used sweet banana peppers. Will make again, and looking forward to the leftovers for dinner tonight.

Wow, I was so surprised at this! I did not think this would be good, and I only really made it because I had all the ingredients and needed a quick easy dinner and to use some sausage I had. I could'nt imagine how all this "stuff" was gonna turn out good together and even told my husband I was gonna make something "different" for dinner and if it wasnt good I was sorry- haha.. But it was Very yummy!! I used the whole wheat egg noddles and I did not use whole canned tomatoes but I used a can of rotel instead because we don't like big chuncks of tomato. It was great. The rotel gave it a little kick too. I will add this to my recipe book to make for dinner in the future!! Thanks!

Wonderful recipe! Threw this together quickly on a school night. So fast and easy. I love that you dont have to boil the egg noodles in a seperate pot. Makes it quicker and only one pot to clean up after dinner. My husband loved it and my mom asked me for the recipe. I will be sharing this with others for sure.
