  1. Sauté meat over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off fat.
  2. In a food processor, place meat and pulse until you get a smaller grind.
  3. Place the meat and remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to make your ravioli.
