Great for breakfast, brunch or dinner. Wonderful flavor and delicious! I have used half hamburger meat and half sausage.

- Placed cooked sausage into one pie shell.
- Cover with cheese.
- Top with egg. I prefer whipped but you can place unbeaten eggs into deliberate holes within the pie.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with second pie crust.
- Place slits into top shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned well.
