An easy and greasy delicious comfort food for cold dark winter nights. Though I like Lawry's seasoned salt you can use any seasoning you have on hand. It's a nice cheap meal, especially if you get the sausage on sale.

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add vegetables and cook until almost tender (this will take about 15 minutes). Make sure you toss the vegetables occasionally to keep them from burning. Add Kielbasa and cook until meat is somewhat brown. Add seasoning to taste.
