The DH really ate this up. I made this breakky type meal for his supper tonight. Filling and full of flavor. Made home-made biscuits too. Made for Farm Cooking in the Photoforum~

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix milk, bouillon, Worcestershire, Seasoning Salt, and pepper together and let sit.
  2. Brown sausage and onion in a small amount of oil over medium high heat.
  3. Reduce heat.
  4. Add butter.
  5. Stir until melted and incorporated.
  6. Slowly add flour to sausage.
  7. Stir mixture for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Slowly add milk mixture to sausage.
  9. Heat until desired consistency.
  10. Serve over biscuits or toast.
