Very simple and tasty breakfast! The tomato/chutney was nice with the sausage. I used a whole-wheat pita and turkey sausage and enjoyed this healthy breakfast - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for Fall PAC 2012
I couldn't wait to try this recipe, but I had to locate and make a recipe for chutney first. I chose (and was very happy with) Tomato, Onion and Apple Chutney. I then waited until DH's day off to make this breakfast. I used garlic and herb seasoned flatbread sandwich pockets, and made the recipe just as directed, except for about 5x the amounts. Everyone loved these sammies! I added some sliced jalapenos to mine to kick it up a bit. Thanks for sharing this recipe, Hope Rock! We'll be making it again for sure. Made & enjoyed for the Fall 2012 Pick-A-Chef event.
