My husband could eat this whole dish by himself and he is usually not one to like things like this. It's very popular at our house!!

This was really good. I used mayonnaise too, substituted jalapenos for the red peppers. After following your instructions, I spooned the cooked dip onto toasted French bread slices, topped with pepper jack cheese slices and baked in the oven till cheese was melted. Great snack or meal.

Yum! Very good. I used mayonnaise instead of the Miracle Whip, and I omitted the red peppers. We enjoyed this with crackers, but I think some thick toasted bread would be good too. Thanks for your good recipe.
