This is a great easy dip to take to work on treat days. It's a little different than the normal cheese dips.
- 2 (12 ounce) cans rotel
- 16 ounces soft cream cheese
- 12 ounces chive & onion cream cheese
- 1 lb sausage
- Brown and drain sausage. Drain the Rotel. Then mix all ingredients in crock pot and melt. Serve with chips.
LOVE IT! I like to make this really spicy, so I use hot Rotel, spicy sausage and throw in a few shakes of Tabasco! Thanks for sharing!
I love dips and am always trying new ones. I change this one up a bit and use 1/2 lb. reg. and 1/2 lb hot sausage to give it a kick. Nice change from the velveeta type dip.
I made this dip for treat day at work and everyone loved it! It was gone within minutes of me setting it down. It was very easy to make. I will definitely make this again!
