A de-lite-ful change of taste that pleases. I made this recipe up simply by wanting a different taste and watching nutrient values, and by what I had on hand.
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 healthy choice sausage links, sliced
- 1⁄2 large cucumber, peeled,sliced and quartered
- Warm sausage in microwave for 3 minutes just to warm.
- Mix all ingredients together.
