  1. Very-easy-to-make fast supper. I added baby carrots to this recipe without any problems. I think this recipe can very easily be classified as end-of-the-week meal since it uses things staples that are usually on hand.

  2. Found the cooking time to be off. Mine had to stay in the oven for at least 30 minutes. Ok flavour.

  3. You said it! Very easy and very delicious. I believe I will use a differant potato next time. My Yukon Golds were a bit dry for me in this dish. I used the soup suggestion. :)

  4. This is great! A real winner! I put in half a can of green beans left from last night's salad. I've used Golden Mushroom Soup for Shepard's Pie for years [a Campbells recipie], but it never ocurred to me to use sliced potatos. This with the sausage was really good. Thanks for a new "old standby".

  5. Easy casserole to put together and use up any left overs however I followed the reciupe baked it uncovered the whole time for a total of 45 minutes. I may add a Jalapeno pepper chopped next time but it was very tasty as is. I served it with Oven baked green beans & Steamed CauliflowerThanks Stella Mae for an easy make again casserole

There I am sitting in front of the computer, one of my favorite spots in the house. When I'm not at the computer, I enjoy cooking and entertaining. See my icon? It is an old Royal typewriter. My father had one just like it that he gave me when I was in college. It had one key that stuck, but I typed all my term papers on that old thing. Whenever I see that icon I remember those happy days.
