    Chef #1030338's Note:

High protein, sausage, cheese, eggs. Very simple and easily warmed up. I make this on the weekend then have a nutritional breakfast every weekday morning.

Very good and super easy to make. This is called a casserole but the instructions are for muffins. I got 13 regular sized muffins from the recipe. Milk is listed as one of the ingredients but it isn't mentioned in the instructions so I added it to the beaten eggs. I also mixed the cheese into the eggs with the salt and pepper and then spooned the mixture over the sausage. Mine took almost 20 minutes but ovens vary so this didn't surprise me. This is an excellent recipe for anyone following a low carb diet. I will make it again but I think I'll bake it in a pan and cut into squares instead of making muffins.
