- 1 lb sausage, browned and drained
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb green pepper, chopped
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1⁄4 cups uncooked Minute Rice
- 1⁄4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Saute onion and green pepper with sausage and drain.
- Combine with other ingredients.
- Mix together.
- Bake covered at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
