  1. Slice sausage into bite-sized morsels.
  2. Place in sealable container.
  3. Wash & peel carrot; cut into sticks.
  4. Once at work, you might want to nuke the sausage a bit if you have the option. (I was lucky and also had leftover cooked greens --baby kale & spinach -- that was also yummy with the sausage.).
