ingredients

1 ¹⁄₂ cups Bisquick
¹⁄₄ - ¹⁄₂ cup water
¹⁄₂ lb sausage
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

directions

Mix ingredients together.
Roll into bite-size balls.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.

Having this tasty tidbit on the appetizer table was just what I was looking for. I was unsure what kind of sausage to use, so I used left-over cooked breakfast sausage cut into tiny pieces. After mixing, some I rolled and some I cut into tiny triangles. Very nice!
