  • Preheat oven to 450°F (225°C).
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick, and cheese. I just use my hands and mix it like meat loaf!
  • Form mixture into 1 inch balls.
  • Arrange balls in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.

  1. sil made this recipe for our Christmas Eve gathering. They were a bit burned- and not as tasty as sausage ball recipes I have had in the past. Perhaps you may want to rethink the temperature.
     
  2. I didn't care much for these but my daughter in law liked them. They stuck to the pan when baking, I think 450 may be too high. They were a little dry and I could taste the Bisquick. I would try them again with a different brand of sausage. I used a store brand.

  4. The first time I used this recipe, I followed it exactly and they were tasty. I have changed the ingredient amounts for personal taste and even added some jalapeno's for a little kick. It turns out well everytime.
     
  5. I made these for a Super Bowl Party, and they were Super! Several women asked me for the recipe and the men, in particular, just loved they. I will make them again.
