Perfect finger food. Cheesy little sausage biscuits shaped in a ball. These freeze well to make ahead and use later.

I've been making a different recipe for sausage balls for years, but liked this one better than mine. Never thought to add parmesan, plus these are extra cheesy as I normally only use 2 cups of cheddar. I have a niece who does not eat pork or beef, so I'm going to experiment with your recipe using turkey sausage. Made for Spring 2013 Pick A Chef.

  1. Knead all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
  2. Form into 1 inch balls.
  3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
