I've been making a different recipe for sausage balls for years, but liked this one better than mine. Never thought to add parmesan, plus these are extra cheesy as I normally only use 2 cups of cheddar. I have a niece who does not eat pork or beef, so I'm going to experiment with your recipe using turkey sausage. Made for Spring 2013 Pick A Chef.

I love these! My sister in law first made them for me and I couldn't remember how to make them. I knew it was sipmle but I could only remember what went in it and in my "old age" never remembered to ask her. When I saw these on here I got very excited. Thank you for posting this recipe!!! =)

i had made the EASY SAUSAGE AND POTATO SOUP and made the SAUSAGE BALLS to go with it, nothing was left after dinner, very easy to make and not messy at all. A.D. SOUTH CAROLINA
