I really liked these I found the recipe in a little recipe book at the grocery store. I used 1 pound of bacon at least and regular sausage links (I cooked the sausage links ahead of time about 2/3 of the way). It did take a little longer for the bacon to get crispy probably 50 minutes but I used half thick cut and half regular bacon. The thick cut was way more flavorful. I made them for MOPS, everyone loved them.

These were really good. I cut the sausages in thirds and used center cut bacon cut in half. I made them the night before and let them refrigerate overnight, then cooked this morning to take to meeting. I did have to cook them about 15 minutes longer to get them done. I used the Release foil to line pan and had no sticking problems. I will make these again to take to some other morning meetings!

Wow! I'm munching these babies as I type. They are really good. I only used 1/2 lb. of bacon and 1pk of sausage. I cut the bacon into 1/4 because I didn't want it to overlap too much because we like it crispy. About the last 10 minutes I had to cook on 450 because it wouldn't brown. I will be making these again and if you haven't yet you need to! Thanks!!

It's just me and DBF who i've been with for about 8 years. We're getting married September 5, 2009. We have two adorable orange tabby cat kids: Persimmon and Louis Vuitton.
I love to cook and bake for my family. They live close by so I often cook for them. Its hard to please DBF as he's a very picky eater, so when I make something he likes it really makes my day.
