ingredients

1 ¹⁄₂ lbs sausage (hot and sweet)
6 potatoes
1 onion
1 pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon oregano
¹⁄₄ cup olive oil

directions

Cut sausage and potatoes into but size pieces and chops onions.
In a bake dish combine sausage and potatoes onions and peppers.
Drizzle olive oil and oregano over the top.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
