This was good and easy to make. I followed the recipe other then I used all italian sausage. We all enjoyed this.

Great, easy recipe. I always serve on rolls, to make "hoagies" or sandwiches. I've made this several times, and everyone who has had it loves it, including my kids, although I leave most of the peppers and onions out of their sandwiches. This recipe is a staple for us now for regular dinners at home, and for making large quantities for a party or potluck. My husband and I prefer the hot sausages, and the kids the sweet. This is also good, maybe even better, re-heated.

This recipe is great! No need to peel the peppers, which is what I was looking for. The peppers came out tender and tasty, the onions and garlic added great flavor, and the sausages were crispy and delicious. We ate it with Italian Garlic Bread....PERFECT!
