What a lovely, quick meal. I'm a sucker for chickpeas, and this is a great way to use them. I followed the recipe exactly, with excellent results. I'm wondering if the previous reviewer forgot to steam the broccoli and cauliflower, as not doing so would dramatically alter the time needed to cook the recipe. Thanks Rona for a great every day meal.

This was really tasty but forget the 35 minutes to cook in the oven. After 30 minutes we transferred to the hob to hurry it up and even so it took another 30 minutes. We would expect about 90 minutes in the oven.
