So very tasty- party guests raved over them. Two things to point out- the wonton wrappers dry out quickly, so work fast when putting them in the mini-muffin tins. Also, it helps to have 2 people do the filling- one to hold the wrapper open and the other to fill it up. Maybe my mini muffin pan was smaller than yours, but I got 44 peices- and they were all filled quite nicely. Thanks for a good, impressive looking, easy to make appetizer!

These were good. Now try any variations using either cheese sauce, cheese, white sauce or salsa - all of your choice. eg: chorizo and char-gilled corn kernels under a little mozzorella; prawns and white sauce spinkled with parmesan; pepperoni, tomato/pepper salsa and mozarella; salmon asparagus and cheese sauce; spinach, smoked chicken and gruyere etc etc. With baked wontons the world is literally your oyster. Hmm - oysters - now there's a thought. Oysters in mornay sauce topped with a little carviar. Fresh herb garnishes will lift the palate.

These were easy and very yummy 2nd time I made I used pepper jack cheese in place of the monterey jack cheese and the hot Tennessee pride sausage to take it up a notch!

Really good, but really rich. Perfect for a wintertime appetizer. Easy to make and love that they can be made in advance. Thanks for posting.

These are outstanding. I made them and took them in to my Christmas carry-in at work and they were the big hit. Very simple to make and are delicious.
