A funky really easy little munchie to make.
- 1 lb mushroom, cleaned
- 1⁄4 cup Italian dressing
- 1⁄2 cup hot Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1⁄2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Remove stems from mushrooms, brush with dressing, broil for 5 minutes.
- Press sausage evenly into each cap.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Broil for another 5 minutes.
