- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 can Veg-All, diced (or similar canned assorted vegetables)
- 1 large tomatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- Toss first three ingredients together.
- Combine mayonnaise and sour cream and toss with salad.
- Serve immediately.
