ingredients
- 793.78 g jar sauerkraut, drained well and squeeze out most of the liquid (don't use the canned ones, only jars or the kind in the plastic pouch in the refrigerated section)
- 59.14 ml sweet onion, chopped
- 59.14 ml red onion, finely chopped
- 118.29 ml celery, chopped
- 118.29 ml green pepper, chopped
- 177.44 ml baby corn, cut in pieces
- 118.29 ml sliced stuffed green olive
- 1.23 ml caraway seed
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 59.14-118.29 ml vinegar, depending on your preference
- 59.14 ml light oil
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half (to garnish)
directions
- Drain sauerkraut and squeeze out most of the liquid.
- Combine the chopped vegetables with the the well drained sauerkraut.
- Mix oil, vinegar, and caraway seed together.
- Combine with the sauerkraut and vegetables.
- Refrigerate 24 hours.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes cut in half placed cut side down.
