Sauerkraut Jello, 1938

"This is my first recipe posted! I figured I'd start out on a positive note! Please note this is from "Mama's in the Kitchen" Weird and Wonderful Home Cooking 1900 to 1950, pub NativeGround auth. Barbara Swell. Original source is not cited and size of Jello pkg is not either, I guessed at 6 oz."
