- 1 jar sauerkraut
- 453.59 g bob evans hot sausage
- 453.59 g ground chuck
- 177.44 ml chopped onion
- 44.37 ml parsley
- 14.79 ml italian seasoning
- 14.79 ml mustard
- 29.58 ml Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 118.29 ml sugar
- 236.59 ml progresso Italian breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
- 236.59 ml milk
directions
- DRAIN SAUERKRAUT AND CHOP.
- MIX WITH PORK, BEEF, ONION, PARSLEY, SEASONING, SUGAR, SALT AND PEPPER.
- FRY TILL MEAT IS BROWNED.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN BREAD CRUMBS ADD 2 EGGS AND MIX WELL.
- LET COOL.
- FORM INTO BALLS BEAT 1 EGG AND MILK TOGETHER.
- DIP INTO MILK MIXTURE THEN CRUMB MIXTURE AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
