  • heat oil.
  • add spices and toast lightly.
  • stir in spinach, basil and garlic.
  • stir fry cook on moderate heat.
  • add tomato, peanut butter and fermented black beans.
  • let simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
  • stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • serve on a bed of brown organic rice.
