Very simple to make. This is a great basic learning meal.
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
- 1 (11 ounce) canned corn, drained
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- Cook meat in skillet over medium heat until browned, drain.
- Stir in chili powder.
- Stir in undrained tomatoes and corn.
- Heat through.
- Toast buns, if desired.
- Spoon mixture into buns.
This was really good and, of course, very easy. It made a quick lunch for my sons. Thanks for sharing!
