  1. Wow! It must be illegal how something so easy can taste so good! I used skinless, boneless chicken thighs to make this quick and easy chicken dish. The sauce is very tasty, loved the subtle herb flavour. Thanks Inez!

  3. 5 stars plus!! My daughter used skinless boneless chicken breasts. It was so tender and moist. And the sauce was to die for. She used 5 oz. Frigo freshly shredded Parmesan cheese. Double Wow. This is going in my most loved recipe file. Thank you Inez.

  4. MizzNezz, you have affirmed my faith in 'Zaar! With few ingredients to work with because I'm moving Thursday and two chicken thighs (skin on, bone in) I created this dish and it was SOOO good! I loved it, omitted paprika & used garlic powder instead. Thanks for an easy recipe!

  5. I made this meal last night and it was a hit! Both my husband and I loved the taste, I will definitely be making this again. I didn't have any oregano so I used Italian seasoning but the taste was amazing! And so easy too! Thanks Inez!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
