These are a little more sassy than your average deviled egg.

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefuly remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks, and add mayo;stir well.
  3. Stir in chopped onion, vinegar, mustard, and pepper.
  4. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
  5. Combine tomaot sauce, water, minced onion, and red pepper in a shallow 1 quart baking dish, stir well.
  6. Arrange eggs in dish.
  7. Sprinkle eggs with bacon, and to with cracker crumbs.
  8. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately over toast points.
