Quick & easy! From a Campbell's Soup cookbook.
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of asparagus soup
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1⁄2 lbs asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces (or 2 10oz packages frozen asparagus)
- In medium saucepan mix soup and milk. Over medium heat, heat to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Add asparagus. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender, stirring occasionally.
