Sauced up Soy Sauce

There is ever a bottle of this stuff in my fridge just waiting to add zing to any dish which calls for soy sauce. It will make your next stir fry sing! It gets even better with age. It lasts for weeks in the fridge. It is usually gone before then though!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 10 ounces Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 12 inch gingerroot, peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 10 dried birds eye chiles, roughly broken or 6 fresh serranos, roughly chopped

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use. It gets stronger with age.
