Sauce Mix

"This is a mix for basic white sauce. Keep in fridge and add water when needed. Add cheese etc. This is quite a time saver."

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 4 cups

ingredients

• 2 cups skim milk powder
• 1 cup flour
• 1⁄2 lb butter
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt

directions

1. Mix ingredients until the mixture is the consistency of corn meal.
2. Store mixture in jar in fridge.
3. To make sauce mix 1/2 cup mixture with 1 cup water.
4. Add grated cheese, parsley, for fish, scalloped potatoes, macaroni, etc.
